Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your resin earrings must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We take great care to ensure the quality of our resin earrings, but due to their delicate and handmade nature, the following conditions apply:

  • Customized or personalized resin earrings are non-returnable.
  • Earrings that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
